This is a one day workshop aimed at introducing painting fundamentals in a straightforward and clear way. It is aimed to prepare you for an Old Rectory Workshop the following day to create a two day painting experience.

The day will run from 10am til 3pm and will take place in the church hall opposite the Old Rectory where we live. The workshop is based on my lessons with Robert Lenkiewicz which I have modified into a simple approach to painting using tone and colour.

Please bring a pack lunch and your usual painting and drawing equipment.

About the Old Rectory

Built in 1810, the Georgian rectory has an acre of garden which provides ample opportunities to create and explore nature.

Our address is The Old Rectory, Church Lane, St Mellion Cornwall PL12 6RG. There is parking in the drive. Otherwise, please park in the lane outside.
